At Rainbow House Calls LLC, my priority is to focus on treating my patients with the utmost care and attention, free from the constraints and complications often associated with insurance companies. By adopting a low cost fee-for-service cash payment model, I can offer more personalized, efficient, and high-quality care. This approach allows me to dedicate my time and resources directly to your health and well-being, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. For those who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider, I provide a Superbill upon request.  Additionally, I offer a sliding scale if needed.  If you have Medicaid or private insurance, you can still use those benefits to pay for prescriptions, lab tests, and radiology exams. My professional fee and any supplies used at the visit are paid by cash, check, credit card, Cash App or Zelle.

In my fee-for-service model, add-ons refer to additional services or treatments that can be included in your care plan beyond the standard visit. These may encompass a variety of options such as specialized lab tests, advanced procedures, extended consultation times, or additional home visits. Each add-on is designed to enhance your overall care experience, allowing you to customize your healthcare to better meet your specific needs and preferences. Add-ons are clearly priced and discussed upfront, ensuring transparency and empowering you to make informed decisions about your health.

Standard House Call Visit 

Rainbow House Calls, LLC provides comprehensive primary and urgent care house call visits. My standard house call visit includes a thorough evaluation and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. This encompasses both routine primary care services, such as wellness exams, chronic disease management, and preventive care, as well as urgent care services for acute illnesses and minor injuries. My goal is to deliver personalized, high-quality medical care in the comfort, safety, and convenience of your home, ensuring you receive the attention and treatment you need without the hassle of traveling to a clinic or urgent care facility.

Standard Visit:

• Comprehensive medical evaluation
• Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and injuries
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive care and wellness exams
• Blood draws for laboratory tests (lab costs are an add-on)
• Prescription writing 
• Health education and coaching

Add-ons to a Standard Visit:

• Advanced laboratory tests (e.g., blood panels, cultures)
• In-home procedures (e.g., suturing, wound care, minor surgical procedures)
• Specialty consultations and referrals
• Administration of IV fluids and medications
• Vaccinations and immunizations
• Comprehensive physical exams (e.g., school, pre-employment, sports physicals, etc.)
• Extended visits for complex or multiple medical issues
• Radiology services (patient's responsibility to pay at the radiology clinic)
• Medication delivery and pharmacy coordination (patient's responsibility to pay for medications administered at the house or prescribed and picked up at a   retail or online pharmacy)
