I offer mental health support tailored to your unique needs, including:

 

· Gender Dysphoria and Body Dysmorphia:

Specialized support for navigating gender identity and body image concerns.

· I can also offer pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for the following issues including appropriate referral to a mental health professional for further care including counseling

· Anxiety and Panic Attacks 

· Depression

· ADHD 

· Bipolar Disorder (Mild and Controlled)

I can provide:

· Stabilization and referral for serious psychiatric Illnesses 

· Initial assessment and stabilization for conditions such as major depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, and complex, uncontrolled bipolar disorder, with referrals to specialized psychiatric and/or emergency services as needed.

Appointments for a home medical visit or Telehealth are made by contacting me at 720-536-0707 for non-emergency related issues. Fees start at $25 base fee plus any "add-ons" which range in price from $25-$200 per add on based on your needs. A price quote will be given to you prior to any services being rendered so that you are in control of the final cost. Please ask me if you have any questions. Sliding scale and payment plans available if necessary. I understand times are difficult but your health care should not suffer because of that.

 Rainbow House Calls provides in home medical primary and urgent care services designed to meet your physical health needs.  In home medical services include but not limited to the following:

- Primary Care: Routine health maintenance check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Women's health exams are referred out to a GYN due to the lack of equipment to provide a proper exam in the home environment. Other non-intimate exams for women's health can be accomplished in the home based on the patient's preference with a chaperone present. 

-Comprehensive LGBTQIA+ Health including STI testing/treatment, HPV wart removal, anal cytology (Paps) to detect the presence of HPV and/or anal cancer, and other LGBTQIA+ specific services are offered. 

-HIV prevention using Doxy-PEP and PrEP

-HIV testing and treatment (I am a Colorado Medicaid provider who can write prescriptions, lab orders, radiology orders, and referrals so that you can use your benefits for those more costly items,  but I accept cash only for my professional fee and supplies utilized at a wholesale price).

-For those with insurance, I can write for prescriptions, lab orders, radiology exams and referrals so you can use your insurance for those more costly items, but accept cash only for my professional fee and supplies used at a wholesale price. I can provide a superbill on request for you to submit to your insurance. I do this so I do not have to submit for reimbursement from the insurance companies which prevents them from dictating your medical care. 

-Medically supervised weight loss including GLP-1s (Wegovy & Zepbound) if indicated

-Point of Care Testing with results In <15min and Treatment if Necessary

I offer in home testing for rapid strep, Covid/Flu A&B, Urine Pregnancy, HgA1C, Urinalysis dip stick, finger stick glucose monitoring, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Hepatitis B & C, Herpes Virus, H Pylori Antibody, Fecal Occult Blood and Rapid HIV. I hold a CLIA waiver certificate to provide the above tests in the comfort of your home with medical treatment provided as necessary.  

- Urgent Care: Treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, management of acute conditions, and rapid assessment and stabilization of emergent medical issues. Such services are offered on a 24/365 basis provided I am available and in the Denver area. As such, I recommend contacting me by phone immediately at 720-536-0707 when the situation arises so that I can attempt to provide you care in an expeditious manner. 

-IV hydration including IV vitamin infusion if desired. I also have a wide variety of injectable medications for nausea, antibiotics, non-Valium based muscle relaxer, vitamin b12, non-narcotic pain medication, etc. I have stabilizing emergency medications for a variety of life threatening conditions while waiting on 911 EMS to arrive.

-12 Lead EKG, respiratory spirometry, and nebulized breathing treatments available if indicated. 

-In home minor medical procedures are offered such as but not limited to: sutures, staples, abscess drainage, cyst removal, wart removal, splinting, tick and splinter removal, flushing wax impacted ears, etc.
 

- Selected wide variety of Medication Dispensing: On-site dispensing of selected pre-packaged medications through a partnership with PD-Rx Pharmacy at wholesale prices. 

- Laboratory Services: If necessary, blood draws  are conducted in your home by me, with blood samples submitted to Access Medical Labs and results typically available within 24-48 hours. I also have credentials through Quest diagnostics for more complex tests if necessary.

- Biopsies and Pathological Tests: Conducting biopsies and anal pap diagnostic procedures, with samples analyzed by Quest Diagnostics.

- Radiology exams ordered through local radiology clinics including Health Images, Touchstone and Simon Med.

To utilize our Telehealth services, please make your payment through a Square invoice sent to your text. Unless otherwise arranged once payment is received, I will contact you to gather the necessary information to add you to the electronic health record (EMR) system. After you are added to the EMR, a Telehealth link will be generated and sent to you via the patient portal.

During our initial phone conversation to book your Telehealth visit, I will discuss this process in more detail to ensure a smooth and efficient experience and answer any questions that you may have.
