I offer mental health support tailored to your unique needs, including:

 

· Gender Dysphoria and Body Dysmorphia:

Specialized support for navigating gender identity and body image concerns.

· I can also offer pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for the following issues including appropriate referral to a mental health professional for further care including counseling

· Anxiety and Panic Attacks 

· Depression

· ADHD 

· Bipolar Disorder (Mild and Controlled)

I can provide:

· Stabilization and Referral for Serious Psychiatric Illnesses 

· Initial assessment and stabilization for conditions such as major depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, and complex, uncontrolled bipolar disorder, with referrals to specialized psychiatric and/or emergency services as needed.

Fees start at $25 base fee plus any "add-ons" which range in price from $25-$200 per add on based on your needs.  My mobile primary and urgent care services are designed to meet your physical health needs at home. Services include:

- Primary Care: Routine health maintenance check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Women's health exams are referred out to a GYN due to the lack of equipment to provide a proper exam in the home environment. Other non-intimate exams for women's health can be accomplished in the home based on the patient's preference with a chaperone present. Comprehensive gay men's health including STI testing/treatment, HPV wart removal, anal cytology (Paps) to detect the presence of HPV and/or anal cancer, and other LGBTQIA+ specific services are offered. Primary care appointments are made by calling me at 720-536-0707. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requested time and date.

-Transgender care  including Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy (Limited to adults only at this time)

-HIV prevention using Doxy-PEP and PrEP. 

- Urgent Care: Treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, management of acute conditions, and rapid assessment and stabilization of urgent/emergent medical issues. Such services are offered on a 24/365 basis provided I am available and in the Denver area. As such, I recommend contacting me by phone immediately at 720-536-0707 when the situation arises so that I can attempt to provide you care in an expeditious manner. 

I offer IV rehydration including IV vitamin infusion if desired. I also have a wide variety of injectable medication from nausea, antibiotics, non-Valium based muscle relaxer, vitamin b12, non-narcotic pain medication. I have medications for urgent allergic reactions to medications to stabilize life threatening conditions while waiting on 911 EMS to arrive.

I offer procedures in the home such as but not limited to: sutures, staples, abscess drainage, cyst removal wart removal, splinting, Instant STI testing and treatment at the house call visit. I offer ingrown toenail treatment. I offer HPV wart destruction as well as anal paps for HPV and abnormal cells.    
 

- Selected wide variety of Medication Dispensing: On-site dispensing of selected pre-packaged medications through a partnership with PD-Rx Pharmacy.

- Laboratory Services: Blood draws and Point of Care lab tests conducted in your home, with blood samples submitted to Access Medical Labs and results typically available within 24-48 hours. I also have credentials through Quest diagnostics if necessary.

- Biopsies and Pathological Tests: Conducting biopsies and anal pap diagnostic procedures, with samples analyzed by Quest Diagnostics.

- Radiology Services: Ordering radiology tests through Radiology Assist to provide high-quality imaging at the lowest possible cost. Efforts to secure a service that can provide limited radiology exams in the home is ongoing.

To utilize our Telehealth services, please make your payment through a Square invoice sent to your text. Unless otherwise arranged once payment is received, I will contact you to gather the necessary information to add you to the electronic health record (EMR) system. After you are added to the EMR, a Telehealth link will be generated and sent to you via the patient portal.

During our initial phone conversation to book your Telehealth visit, I will discuss this process in more detail to ensure a smooth and efficient experience and answer any questions that you may have.
